The Skype bomb destroyed anything dispositive the prosecution wanted to elicit from this witness. What was it, how to testify and psychological criminal profiling? And what elements of second degree murder did they establish here? O’Mara takes command and drops the bomb the jury will most likely remember: Oh, by the way the state marked excerpts were not discussed or read in class. No course work in criminal profiling and oops! witness strategies and testifying not discussed at all. What a farce.
