    No fingerprints on the gun. Zimmerman’s story to Mark Osterman that Martin touched the holster of the gun, may be cast in some doubt here. But it was the holster, not the gun. Osterman testified that it was most likely the holster. But let’s say this is favorable to prosecution, how does it prove any element of second degree murder? I think it is clear that the prosecution really believes that manslaughter can be on the table if they can discredit Zimmerman’s self-defense theory. That’s all they really have.
