Mr. Boa acted like an idiot on the witness stand. Now he saying he was told to act that way by the prosecution. He should be charged with perjury and obstruction of justice along with the prosecutors. The judge and jury should also be investigated. The trial was nothing but a kangaroo court.

They did this man dirty on the stand! Absolutely foul the way they spoke over him, and given his heavy accent, he should have been given time to speak and convey his thoughts. The prosecution was also wrong in that they decided not to call the forensic assistants about their procedures and allow them to testify on their deposition, instead they badgered Dr. Bao regarding their work. Instead of questioning Dr. Bao about his medical opinion regarding the direct autopsy, they spent a lot of time hounding him about the forensic assistants procedures. He was right! They did not intend to ask him the “right” questions and pulled a red herring by questioning him about things other than Dr. Bao’s actual findings. All of them need to be fired! You are a sworn officer of the court and instead of making sure the victim got a fair trial they threw the case due to whatever prejudices they held against the victim due to the color of his skin! Where do they do that at? That is not the legal system for which this country practices under. What they have done is unlawful.

Yea we know george is a liar, its a shame that the prosecution would throw a case to allow a murderer back onto the streets. Funny I was watching the trial and thinking, it doesn’t really seem that the prosecution is trying to prove anything. Mr. Baio here is claiming that he was told to keep his mouth shut, and that they basically fixed the trial so george would win. Really messed up. I knew the entire time that george’s story was a big fat lie, just like him, then you have all these new things comin out about him. To all you george supporters… I TOLD YA SO!
