Motion To Revoke George Zimmerman’s Bond (6/1/2012)

George Zimmerman's bond was revoked on 6/1/2012 for misleading the court about knowledge of access to funds and presenting himself as indigent to the court at his 3/20/2012 bond hearing.

The State Prosecutor in the Trayvon Martin / George Zimmerman case filed a motion to revoke the bond of George Zimmerman for lying to the court about having a second passport, and also for lying about having access to funds that could be put toward his bond. Zimmerman and his wife were recorded having coded conversations about how to move the money that they said they didn’t have access to. The motion to revoke bond and the transcript where Shellie Zimmerman lied to the court are available below.

The transcript just includes excerpts from the bond hearing on 4/20/2012 that pertain to this motion only–so that’s why there are pages missing. This is actually the documentation the prosecution submitted to support the motion. We’ll see if we can get the full transcripts and motions from that hearing.  It probably won’t be until next week though.
